Projecturf vs. TickTick

It is appropriate for team tasks. It is not appropriate for us to use a medical scheduling tool for our participants.

Very well suited: 1. Small organizations and businesses ( 50, I don't think Ticktick is the best tool for that... Ticktick is excellent for keeping oneself accountable and on point with one's task. There should be an inherent sense of ownership from the user because an app can only do so much. It is not well suited for big organizations with more than 50 people, where visibility of stats is required on an admin or higher level. Plus, collaboration will become a lot clunkier as the number of team members increases. Knowledge management will also be an issue.

• From what I understand, there was no good way to tracking the time it took to complete tasks and a way to evaluate all that data.
• Sometimes, when a team member thought they posted something on the notes module it is never viewable by other members.

• The task reminders are in the form of a notification - it would be nice to have an email option.
• All tasks due on the same day/time show up as one notification versus separate - this can be hard to separate as far as task planning goes.

I am not in the position to choose our project management software, and my current company has already used our current software for a number of years. But if I were to ever use project management software for personal projects with remote team members then I think Projecturf would be a great contender for the job.

So far it accomplishes everything I need it to without unnecessary complications. The only reason I can think that I wouldn't renew is if I was required to use something else.

It is super simple in its set up and easy to learn to use. Many other apps are overly complicated which TickTick is not. It always depende on what features you are looking for but I did not even need to explain anything to those who struggle with newer technology

It is very good against its competition. We have used tools like Asana, Basecamp, Wrike and Trello, and it outpaces all of them.

TickTick has a better UI and UX compared to the other competitors, and the Quick Add feature from any window is a must for inbox task management!

• Effective tracking of my time and tasks; made me understand the value of my time.
• Had a streak of 62 days straight where I didn't miss a single planned task.
• It has become a repository of all the dead tasks, projects, and ideas I can pick up whenever possible.
