Provide Support Live Chat vs. Trumpia

Provide Support Live Chat is a very user friendly tool. It allows my Customer Service Team to perform their daily duties and easily access live chats when needed. It's really great because we can ask for contact information so we can research questions if needed and then reply back in a timely manner. Our customers and potential customers can always have access to a live person.

Trumpia is very good for a small to mid-size company that sends out texts 1 to 2 times a month. If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. In that case it might be better to explore whether or not your CRM has text message functionality and see how that compares to Trumpia

• They could do a better job of bridging the gap between their platform and client's CRMs to ensure that information is shared in both places.

We elected to continue with Provide Support Live Chat because it was more economical compared to Salesforce's option. While Salesforce contained more integration options, we did not see the need to dramatically increase our costs just to have direct integration with Salesforce records and accounts. We haven't evaluated other options since we are happy with Provide Support Live Chat.

We have only used Trumpia since we began sending out promotional text messages back in 2016. We have been very happy with Trumpia therefore we have not had to explore any other providers. The only other option that we may explore in the future is sending out promotional texts messages directly through our CRM and see how that works
