Excellent Real Time Chats

Pros

  • Allow potential customers to ask specific questions about products.
  • Saves time by eliminating scammers by questions my team asks.
  • Allows Customer Service to gain information that will be pertinent for future purchases.
  • Allows potential customers to gain a quick answer as opposed to researching entire website.
  • Real time interactions are always better than simply surfing a website.

Cons

  • Does not allow us to flag a particular 'consumer' as a scammer.

Return on Investment

  • I was not a part of the business decision to start using Provide Support Live Chat. I have been with the company for 6 years and I can say it is well worth it.
