Qulture.Rocks vs. Sparkbay

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

Sparkbay is perfect to keep an eye on the company's engagement level and collect employee general feedback. However it does not replace good one-on-ones.

• Periodic feedbacks, where you can talk about your feelings, week after week.
• Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
• You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.

• The software is very easy to work with. We're able to visualize our engagement data in versatile reports, getting key insights for the whole company.
• The team reports save time in knowing right off the bat how your team is feeling without having to wait for the next one-on-one.
• The customer support team is very responsive and we always get answers to our questions.

• It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
• Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
• Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.

• They provided a training session only to managers. I think they should've invited employees too on a voluntary basis.

I didn't make any use related to Qulture.Rocks, I just use this product, I recently evaluated the usability of Playvox, as well as Qulture.Rocks is used in the organization where I work serving our users. These tools greatly assist in individual performance, so that we can achieve quality in our service.
