Additional DetailsSome of RADAAR's features are free and some are paid. We also provide a free plan. On the free plan, you get 3 social media channels and 45 posts for each workspace per month. Your 45 posts per month are counted towards your total when they're posted and they reset every month. If you exceed this limit, you will only pay for what you use. RADAAR also offers a pay-as-you-go pricing model, meaning that you'll only be charged for the features you use. A wallet is a billing account that holds your payment details. A paid plan or paid features are always paid for by a single wallet. You may have one wallet for multiple workspaces or a separate wallet for each workspace. Paid feature usage is charged to the linked wallet. You can modify or delete a wallet.

Viralheat (Discontinued)
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
We selected Viralheat for a number of reasons but the biggest factors were because it had the lowest TCO (total cost of ownership) for the features available and the fact that we only had to purchase one tool. During the selection process we demoed with a handful of other SMM …
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
ViralHeat surpasses the Hootsuite software in every way.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
Acquisio is significantly more expensive than Viralheat and we did not find the features to be very different. In fact, we did not find Acquisio providing the same level of functionality around sentiment. The area where Acquisio was stronger was on paid digital advertising.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
Viralheat is a great tool, they are continuing to improve and integrate with new tools, which is something I did not see with previous softwares.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
We looked at tools that offer monitoring across social platforms. Viralheat eventually won our bid because of the simple user experience as well as their unlimited mentions offer.

Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
We chose Viralheat because it offered more features and a more powerful monitoring platform.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
I chose Viralheat because it offered the most valuable monitoring capabilities. Plus it was easy for me to use and understand.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
We selected Viralheat because it offered the features we were looking for in a format that was easy for our marketing and product teams to use together.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
Viralheat scales better. Cleaner, easy to use interface. Better analytics and an easier payment option (nothing a la carte).
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
Viralheat had the most comprehensive monitoring tool from what we saw. We liked the fact that they do not limit the number of mentions that come in through the topic profiles. Also, the UI/UX was much easier to work with.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
We chose Viralheat because it allowed us to do multiple things from one tool. We were able to monitor our brand mentions after each video, song, or album release - this provided us with valuable feedback abouout our brand and music. We were also able to connect our accounts and …
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
Viralheat met our needs better than the other solutions we tested.
Chose Viralheat (Discontinued)
I like Viralheat better than Sprout Social and Hootsuite because it shows pictures that accompany your posts! Moreover, I like how the representatives are all very responsive when you have difficulties using Viralheat!

RADAAR is very well suited for bulk content scheduling across different social profiles. It's great to store passwords for different profiles in the passbook so you don't have to remember them all the time. It's really great for your own work, however, the post-approval feature for clients is not released yet. So if post-approval is a major concern for the users, they should wait for the RADAAR team to roll out this feature.

Viralheat is great for those who have to report back with hard numbers or proof backing a specific campaign or initiative. If this is important to you, make sure you ask to see examples for the monitoring and reporting features. Also, the amount of monitoring you do will impact your quote, so have that information in mind.

  • Simplicity: The software is very easy to use and took very little time to start optimizing my social media campaigns.
  • Set up time: I was up and running in no time. With social media you cannot wait days or weeks to get started. By having a quick start up process, it allowed me to get started ASAP.
  • Reporting: The foundation of all business decisions has been a very tedious process in the past. By using Viralheat, I save time on reporting and have better reports to give more actionable insights.
  • Data: Not only is the reporting awesome, there are many more insights you can get by using the large amount of demographic data that is in the software.

Cons
  • Content creation and the Calendar should be in different sections as the calendar makes the tool slower.
  • Ability to crop images directly in the content creation window and also the option to add a Watermark to the created content.
  • Bulk delete the posts which are no longer needed.
  • Ability to add Labels in the posts in bulk or add an option to add labels at the import CSV option
  • Introduce an editor like google docs for the WordPress posts creation and scheduling.
  • Media library should be added to upload and host images and videos for use in posts.
  • For Twitter, there should option to Retweet the performing posts and setup automations.

  • Some trouble that we ran into with Viralheat was with the daylight savings time change. All the posts that we previously scheduled out before the daylight savings ended up coming out late an hour. I thought Viralheat should have fixed this on their end and should have reached out to their clients about the time change and to tell us if we needed to change anything on our end.
  • I also want to see Pinterest and Instagram soon on Viralheat. I know this component is not entirely up to Viralheat, but seeing that Pinterest and Instagram are a big part of the social media game, I think scheduling out posts for both these platforms would benefit alot of community managers.

There are no other tools out there that offer an equivalent level of functionality for the cost. We continue to monitor the space to see if we can find a tool that includes paid digital marketing analytics, but all tools that include this functionality are 3-5x the cost. Viralheat continues to be the best value.

Usability
RADAAR is a robust tool, and it is constantly being developed. As an early adopter, I can say that this is definitely a steal. Who knows how powerful RADAAR can be in the near future. It constantly follows the lead of all the leading platforms, and it adapts in every way possible. Again, a community-based SAAS development makes this tool very very useful.

I found it really easy to use and I use it on a daily basis and can easily find my way around. It has the usability of a consumer application for an Enterprise product that does very complex things in a very elegant manner.

Support Rating
I have gotten in touch with the support team just a few times since RADAAR is quite easy to use. But on those few occasions, the team had been very responsive and applied the needed urgency. Even the founder is very active and attentive to user concerns and needs. The future is indeed bright.
