Pingboard, a Workleap product, is an org chart designed to be how people keep up with who's who and what’s new, see when coworkers are available, and celebrate each other.
Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it

Pingboard is very much suitable for new employees to understand the organizational structure and who is handling what. This gives them the freedom to approach the right person for any work and it saves a lot of time. Also, the platform is very much convenient and secure which allows us to share it across members

Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review.
Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed.

Reviewsnap has been comparable to most the systems I've used in the past. I wouldn't say that one of the systems I've used and mentioned above sticks out far above or below the others.

Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change.
