Sage People vs. Vantage Circle

Sage People is well suited to small-medium sized organizations that would like a cloud-based HR solution with no need for servers or software to install. I really like the fact that it is based on Salesforce.com so you know that it will be extremely reliable and well supported. It is very flexible and customizable and can work in complex HR arrangements. For example, we have employees in nearly 60 countries and multiple HR jurisdictions and we are able to make it work for us. However, if you are moving from a traditional or customized HR system there may be a steep learning curve and you should be prepared to spend a lot of time setting up and customizing to your needs, in addition to training.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Sage is highly flexible and configurable, allowing us to manage the variety of geographies and functional units in one platform.
• Sage is highly customer focused, with great CSM support.
• Sage People will be able to integrate with other Sage pillars such as Accounting and Payroll.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• Training manuals are not much useful. You always need a helping hand to move forward.
• When you have to look up employees, we have to provide their job title which I feel is not an efficient way.

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

We moved to Sage People from a 20+-year-old internally developed HR software. We also evaluated other HR software such as Kronos, SAP, and BambooHR. Ultimately, we chose Sage because of the extensive support they provided to us and the ability to customize to fit our organization's needs. We loved the fact that they were completely cloud-based and built on a reputable platform (Salesforce).

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• Has significantly improved our team resources by having one system and set of processes, rather than managing duplicate entry in multiple systems
• Has allowed us to finally have a process for ensuring we can approve, manage, track and report employee PTO liability in one system
• Improved HR Data reporting and Data Analytics for both HR and for managers, so that we can make better people and business decisions
