Being out from the office, [Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is a supporting tool to bring all the information with you without having the need of bringing the laptop. As I said before, I am a sales manager and it is much more comfortable for me to use the mobile app instead of bringing a bag or something similar only for the laptop. However, it wouldn't make any sense to use it in the office as you can enter into Salesforce from your computer and have a better experience with the SF product as it is much more comfortable to use. At the end it has a much larger screen than a phone or a tablet and it has many more possibilities as a whole

SalesPanda is great. It's a multifaceted user-friendly platform to find your target market, determine interest, and help drive your market. I've reviewed a LOT of software on this same platform and while I can sing the praises of this all day, it's not much different from the other software that's already readily available. I will say this is great for a mid-size agency, as there's no option to purchase separate components separately, and that can be a bit pricey.

The most important aspect of this app is that all of its features are incredible, especially the reporting capabilities and the ability to quickly input customer information. SalesPanda offers training through online webinars – there isn't a need to go searching around on YouTube if you don't understand something. Additional plus! Their customer support is top-notch. This isn't necessarily a fault, but when you use Salesforce on a computer most of the time, when going to Mobile you do have to make an adjustment and be prepared for a different layout and navigation. Read full review We didn't like that SalesPanda came as an entire package (which can be pricey). It would be nice if you could purchase different parts of it separately. There's no A/B testing. This is something others offer that SalesPanda doesn't. While customer service is great, their business hours are a little wonky. I'd prefer to have 24/7 customer care rather than 8-5. Salesforce Mobile is very useful to our organization. This makes the job of an agent more convenient. We can easily access it on our mobile phones. When you need an update for a certain lead, you can simply check it using your phone, you don't need to spend more time opening it on your computer or laptop.

I haven't had the need to contact support, but the online community has a VAST knowledge of support if you're in need. For instance, I needed to know how I could set the dashboard up to automatically refresh and the online community helped me within minutes.

I have used HubSpot and
CRM at previous companies but both of them are fundamental CRMs. Salesforce can truly be implemented to meet your unique business attributes and can scale as your company grows. It's no wonder it's the #1 CRM in the world. Plus with 100s of integrations to other apps, Salesforce can achieve a lot more than just managing sales.

is super affordable, but very basic with what you get. SalesPanda is similar, and while that may be appealing to a smaller company, I would say take the leap and spend the extra money. SalesPanda isn't perfect, but it's the best bang for your proverbial buck. Our clients have been very happy with the results.
