SAP Build is a strong and reliable partner with a rich FAQ and consulting power. New features make sense and are easy to distribute within the team and to end users. The community is nice, and there are many discussions on product development, shared solutions, and productivity improvements. UI is also one of the strongest points.
When the solution involved complex workflows and integration with many 3rd party applications, we felt the Now app engine was less appropriate as it could not handle different integrations simultaneously for incident resolution and complaints management. This was well suited and managed by people who don't know basic coding.
SAP Build Workzone is a cloud ready service that it can provide access to users over cloud. It really liked it because for Non-SAP users they don't need to have seperate logins to access SAP systems

Online training helped to understand the drag and drop processes, building UI. Creating a workflow and process automation. Developing workflow and deploying WF. Helped to reduce the errors. It helped to understand the training easily. And online training gave good insights for low code no code solutions and create actions, forms.
App engine can be used just to process the minimal amount of the data which is being received from the user. We are service now catalogue items or any other data technology.
SAP Build stacks up well against the others in terms of what our business needs in order to succeed. It's more of a necessity than the others, but we keep them in mind as we utilize SAP Build. SAP Build's fluidity is great, but it could also be due to our lead user of the softwarre.
ServiceNow App Engine is best among all the competitors. Its integration is best with Outlook and ERP, its SLA management is best, and very organized filters are very useful. Categorization of tickets is something that is very useful. It's very easy to search the tasks/order with limited keywords and very easy to customize. The best part is we can simply reply on mails using ServiceNow App Engine and keep a proper log of the tickets.
