SAP Cloud ERP vs. SmartB vs. Venngage

SAP Cloud ERP reduces dependency on multiple systems and ensures improved efficiency in enterprise resource planning. Real-time reporting capabilities and scalability of the product. Use of the software ensures compliance and allows smooth integration with other systems. The software allows customization to accommodate users' uniqueness and has very convenient customer support services. The only major challenge with the software is limited configuration.

I find it great for personal use especially when you are a visual person. As an assistant that needs a lot of organizing, it's wonderful. It helped me a lot and I usually don't require a lot of features. I also find it great for accessibility stuff, I respect that since I have a relative who has special needs. I didn't really need that specifically, but it's nice to know it was considered.

• Extremely user-friendly: simple, easy-to-follow interface really made ramping up on the offering incredibly fast and painless.
• Variety of templates: Venngage has a HUGE assortment of templates ranging from corporate reports and business decks to more visually-engaging, "fun" content such as infographics, awesome charts, and highly customizable social graphics.
• Brand-alignment: we really appreciated the opportunity to tee up our brand guidelines and have those remain on the back-end and let us apply our style guide to multiple templates instantaneously.

• The product is expensive compared to its competitors. Proper training is also a requirement before implementation, which is an additional cost.
• SAP S 4HANA Cloud lags due to a high volume of work and data.
• The user interface of the software is very complex and not easy to explore, especially for beginners.

• It's hard to lock graphics into place in Venngage once you create something.
• Layering is next to impossible. The feature is there but is very difficult to use and most times the user is better off copying the object over instead
• Unless you have a business account (we have a professional account- middle grade) you cannot sort and organize your infographics. This is messy and cumbersome to go through and the price difference between professional and business grade accounts was quite large.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

I use Venngage for a new project 1-2 times per week... I could not see using another program at this point.

I find it very user friendly, straight to the point, and the minor issues I found wasn't really impacting on my role. So I think it would depend? but personally I find it perfect for me. There were lots of templates I could use, and they were very open to feedback and customer service was very accommodating.

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

I think that the attention that I get as a small business owner from Venngage is excellent. They quickly respond to questions and provide information that helps to resolve the issue that I am having.

a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

We can proactively develop effective strategies that help keep service quality in the face of unexpected changes in the market, or external disruptions, by continuously analyzing historical performance data as well as elements of the current market

We prefer Canva but feel Venngage is easier for us. In comparison to Adobe, we prefer Venngage because of the ability to have everything in one system and not have to jump around.

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
