ServiceNow IT Operations Management vs. SugarSync

If you’re integrating with a CCaaS platform, don't just stop at "Ticket Sync." Focus on the Service Mapping. Knowing which technical components support which "Customer Journeys" is the biggest value-add you can provide to your customers' businesses. Trust me, they will know the value added.

When doing daily jobs, if you’re sharing large files, I think Dropbox works a lot better but if you have a system where you’re working within that system and you want to be able to work with that system and have certain folders that you have access to all the time then SugarSync might be just the ticket.

• Linking multipe records (Knowledge Items, Problem, change,. CI) to a single incident
• A customers 'super" user has access to all cases that are filled by them.
• When a change is filed and you link to the CI involved. You get an overview of all CI that depends on the involved CI.

• Sync files in any folder - rather than forcing you to store them in a certain place (Although this can be confusing too)
• Works in the background - although this is true for all
• You can share with others - including those who do not use SugarSync

• A lot of flexibility in the licensing options which can get overwhelming.
• They are just starting to get into helping with DevOps so I don't have as much experience there but it's a challenge for us.
• Pricing negotiations - although that can be pretty much every vendor.

• Can only think of one thing. I have helped others to get going with SugarSync and they if they have problems it is understanding the cloud.... So maybe (if it dosen't exist already) I would like to have a animation of the proces with "flying" folders between desktops, clouds etc. Otherwise SugarSync is just great.

1. Freemium model is the ideal marketing for an app like this. 2. Now their sync methods with Android are worse

ServiceNow IT Operations Management is more flexible and easier to customize without altering core code. ServiceNow IT Operations Management enables more robust third-party integrations (e.g., Jira, Slack, ScienceLogic). ServiceNow IT Operations Management is easier to use and to implement. It is cloud-based and doesn't require "on-premise" infrastructure or solution.

SugarSync, like all solutions, has its place in the data storage stack within a company. The main reason SugarSync is better than the other solutions is that it enables me to leave my hard drive organized and keep my existing file trees. I don't have to constantly move or copy files to a specific folder if I want them backed up.

• With the regular use of ServiceNow IT Operations Management platform, our incident resolution time has gone down by over 90% over the past year
• Our access and role granting process has been streamlined leading to increased developer hours by around ~90 PM
• With the enablement of AIOps driven impact prediction, we expect an improvement of user communication time by over 90%

• There were some opensource alternatives but we wanted something with better support which SugarSync offers.
