Skeeled vs. Talentsoft from Cegid

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

I think some of my problems with Talentsoft aren't so much the fault of the software as it is how my company is organized. I have to enter many different property levels so that a review gets created, I'm not certain that these fields are required by Talentsoft or by my corporate office. This software is not suited for companies where a segment of the employees do not have a company email address and/or access to a company computer

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• Having the reviews in Talentsoft makes it much easier for one person to manage the entire process from start to finish.
• When an employee switches managers during the year, the delegation feature makes it very easy to have the previous manager add their input to the employees review.
• Being able to have a daily import file from our HR system into Talentsoft helps in having the information in Talentsoft be current.

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

lenghty and lots of actions

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.

I think SuccessFactors is more flexible to customer needs when creating review templates and allowing access to goals year round. They also track changes for the goals. Talentsoft was selected by our corporate office before I started with the company.

• Our recruitment process is faster. We save a lot of time and time is money!
• We can provide better KPIs about our recruitments.
