Tango Card vs. Woobox

Tango Card is great for bulk purchases - if you need to send a large number of people they have easy templates to have it as simple as possible. The one offs become cumbersome - I have never used the API connections so I am unsure if that makes it better but the one at a time sales take a lot of time compared to the uploads.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

• Tango Card is very easy to use and set-up
• Tango Card makes it easy to allow for multiple gift card options
• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• Woobox makes it easy to create a variety of promotions in their platform.
• The technology is intuitive to use and allows for a lot of customization.
• Woobox has a support team that is quick to respond and help.

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

• Having an easier way to creative pictures for splash pages
• It gets a little complicated trying to add extra entry questions

I constantly use the product and they are continually evolving and developing new tools. The customer service is also US based and very efficient to address issues or questions.

Good platform. Only feedback is sometimes when you have no funds in your account you have to “fill” the bank and that is a minor pain to fill out CC information each time. But overall, it’s a relatively easy system to use for the team

It is very intuitive and provides all necessary fields to begin promotions even if you have no graphic or programming skills

I have never noticed it down.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Easy to integrate with existing Facebook account.

We liked Tango Card much more as it was easier to use and had more flexibility within our company. It allowed us to be more creative as well. The scale of cards and ease of use, both front and back end were huge decision points for us. Everything about Tango Card appeared to be much better than Tremendous and we are happy with our choice.

To be honest, I prefer Rafflecopter over Woobox. Good product, but I feel like Rafflecopter has more to offer the user.

• We used Tango Card as an incentive to attend training, and this increased the number of attendees by over 50% when it was not used.
• We were able to bring in more attendees as a focus group and gain valuable insight to a product we were creating.

• ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
