Cons	There should be more option to redeem points like custom rewards. Then, more digital gift cards are popular for that specific country. We have a global workforce and there are different countries involved. More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives. Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days. I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools. Scalability	No answers on this topic	I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. Return on Investment	Employees are encouraged to "live the values" as other members see and recognize their achievements monetarily. This spreads a load of recognition from just leadership/managers across the entire organization, potentially eliminating/reducing a recurring existing task your company is currently doing.
