What is ADDA HOA Manager?

ADDA is a Community and HOA management software that helps manage communities and multifamily buildings with a range of features such as accounting, communication, visitor management, facility booking, and helpdesk management.

With ADDA, residents can pay dues, submit arc requests, track maintenance requests, reserve community spaces, and access essential community information. The software also offers the Community SuperApp for access on the go.

From managing the owners/tenants data, work order requests or complaints from residents, visitors, and parcel entries, vendor management, managing documents related to the Property/Assets/initiatives, etc., to Billing, Invoicing, Expense Management and generating live financial reports, the demands on the Community Managers and HOA Board members are many.
