We originally switched to RUN Powered by ADP® due to compliance reasons around payroll tracking and retirement benefits. Since then, we've found that they were best in class and price for us in multiple areas including: HR Compliance, Benefits administration, payroll, scheduling, time tracking, and job board posting. Its getting used by our employees multiple times a day and our managers use it every few weeks to confirm benefits with our team members.

The ability to customize the language that goes out to our employees
Certain onboarding for new employees can't be opted out
Most of the services all have different people that are the contact person which means that quoting out services or issues between multiple functions send you bouncing between different reps.

It's saved the management team around 10 hours a week of time keeping and payroll management.
When making the jump from a tiny business with 1-2 other employees to a team of people, it brought a level of professionalism to the company that made it feel more like a real job.
The retirement and worker's comp benefits and the ability to price out with different insurance providers has likely saved us more than $25,000 in the last 3 years.

ADP has been extremely helpful in a multitude of situations for myself! Between onboarding tutorials and human errors on paychecks, ADP has been nothing but nice and helpful. Once you get the hang of things, it's very easy to enter payroll, add bonuses, tips etc. You can even submit payroll on the go with the app.

RUN has helped me streamline our payroll process. The fact that all of the liabilities are taken care of in a precise and timely manner also makes my day-to-day workload MUCH better. If I am unexpectedly out of the office, I can still run payroll and address issues that may arise. My schedule is flexible, and I am sometimes not in the office on payroll days. I have answers to any questions that my employees may have at my fingertips and can show them how they too can access their needed information. It has been an invaluable tool for my job. I also love the information I can find, or chat with someone about and the knowledge of the ADP/RUN staff, they have always been extremely helpful. I am so glad we made the switch to ADP/RUN!
