Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a sales and marketing professional, I use Aline every day at a retirement community. Aline helps me to manage my portfolio of potential residents. At a glance I can see the number of prospects in our database, where they are at in the decision process and set goals of when to reach them to be intentional contacts. Having used a few different database management in the past, Aline aligns the closest to how I work. I can truly say because of Aline I am more successful in what I do.

Cons

  • Amount of calls in the team progress section
  • Team productivity report fixing so as to not have to scroll through
  • In the calendar option the ability to move tasks more than a month at a time, if it could scroll down so I could move it to a few months ahead

Likelihood to Recommend

Aline is well suited to the retirement community world. It really helps to organize my days effectively. I am much more intentional about setting tasks. The Sherpa Planning guide and recommended questions are such a help when I feel myself getting stuck

  • The platform is slow to respond and takes several hours to update.

I believe that it fits well with Assisted Living and Independent Living. I think improvements could be made with integrations to other platforms

Great way to keep track of our prospects, organize daily tasks, keeps track of our community metrics.

Cons

  • Should keep the AI Planning guide.
  • Offer more deep dive questions based on profile notes
  • Would like to see the 15 min increments for the time changed. Would like to be able to put in the time (ex: 11:32AM

At Legacy Living Florence we use Aline CRM to maintain contact with prospective residents & trusted referral sources. We have 1000's of entries in our system that we can easily manage with the help of Aline's services. The system also works with our website, making new leads easy to manage and add entries.

  • Allows for lead management
  • Offers seminars to learn how the site can benefit users
  • Speaks with our website to make new lead entries easy

Cons

  • Difficult to curate new lists
  • When populating addresses, often does not populate correctly when in Excel spreadsheet
  • Would like it to be more intuitive for next steps

Likelihood to Recommend

Customer service is easy to reach and although curating lists can be difficult, walked my team through how to make the new list and followed up to ensure we were successful. The user seminars help to teach new team members how the CRM works and make the adjustment easier in during the training process.

As the Department Head for Sales and Marketing, accurate documentation is imperative. I enjoy using Aline and the CRM is user friendly. I utilize Aline daily and I do not experience any connectivity issues.

I have used other CRMs and I must admit, Aline has been the most seamless and fairly easy to navigate.

As a Sales and Marketing Director, I must have a meaningful and informative database of my prospects. Aline keeps me on track and guarantees I won't miss making that critical phone call or next step with a potential customer. The tools available to plan and engage creatively with prospects are invaluable and align with my philosophy of relationship-building and guiding the prospect through what can often be an emotional and complicated process. I have used many CRM software programs. Aline is by far my favorite one.

Pros

  • Organizing and planning a creative follow-up.
  • Helping me identify the stage a prospect is currently in.
  • Keeping track of my goals.

Cons

  • Would like to enter the time of an appointment easier. I have a shortcut, but I have not been able to just enter the time quickly.
  • Sending bulk emails or invitations directly to prospects or influencers.

Likelihood to Recommend

Aline is suited for scenarios where it is crucial to gather and document a large amount of key information from prospects and their influencers in order to move the sales process forward. Aline is only as effective as the user chooses to utilize the tools provided. A great CRM should be one that, if another individual needs to access and take the lead over, should be seamless and informative.

I use Aline daily in my work, which is instrumental in impacting my time management and quick access to information. It helps me stay focused on the task and is intuitive, leading me to the best next steps. My daily dashboard allows me a quick view of my day in a forward-thinking, task-oriented manner.

  • Using colors to define activities and people.

Cons

  • It needs to be able to "pop" back to the top of the page easily.
  • I want to screenshot particular notes by eliminating some notes.

I use Aline to track our senior prospects and marketing efforts. Aline helps save paper and time because it's easy to navigate and everything is on the computer.

  • Being able to automatically link lead appointment to our calendars would be helpful
  • Easier to read reports

Aline is our customer relationship management (CRM) system that we use at our assisted living and memory care community. It keeps track of our leads and provides several reports that are beneficial to me, our executive director, and our corporate office.
