Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Arcoro helped us meet modern standards by bringing the onboarding and application process directly to the applicant, making it accessible via mobile and online via email hyperlink. Also provides an easy data migration from forms to our full accounting software, Coins. It provides a backup of files in case of loss or misplacement. The scope of Arcoro is the entire onboarding process, from welcoming new hires to enabling final approval of all information before it is migrated to our Coins system.

  • The visual screen is lacking borders.

  • It has reduced all the paper and supplies needed to hire applicants before.
  • Reduced the time applicants need to be employees by being able to fully finish before even coming to the job site. Instead of setting up a workplace for them to access, we can also reduce the equipment needed.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and CoreHR. We like that it is really a one-stop shop for our whole process.

Pros

  • Feeding from module to module.
  • House data nicely.
  • Easy use.

Cons

  • The alphabetical use is all over the place. It’s hard to search. An example would be how the time-off and performance managers are.
  • Formatting. Example would be SSN with no dashes.
  • Tax forms. I feel like they should be set up similarly. For example, federal tax forms show "exempt" on the outside, but the state does not.
  • Support. It would be very helpful to have quicker support.

We use Arcoro's Exaktime, and it help us remain organized specially to keep actual and accurate track of employees time while at jobsites, we need to keep and manage a good control of field employees as the move around with multiple jobsites that in most cases leads them to a multiple pay rates due to contract requirements.

Arcoro has been instrumental in allowing us to move to a paperless/seamless environment. The team at Arcoro has been awesome in helping us along the way, allowing time for learning and growth while doing our day jobs. Arcoro gives us a team for the modules and regular training to stay on schedule. The training is all recorded for us to review as needed. It's been a process, but they have been there with us along the journey.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Arcoro HR for many different things in our company, but my main focus is Exaktime. I do the payroll for the company. We employ between 235-250 employees and we pay weekly so I rely on Arcoro HR to function properly. Whenever I have an issue, Arbaz Khan, our Customer Success Manager, is quick to respond, and if he doesn't have the answer I need, he points me in the right direction, which I sincerely appreciate! He also does a great job following up to make sure things get handled! A+

Pros

  • Daily approvals in Exaktime have made a huge difference in my workflow
  • Navigation has gotten easier

Cons

  • Since we started using the HUB, I have things listed as jobsites that are not jobsites on Exaktime, I'd like them removed such as DO NOT SYNC, JBLMANG, JENSEN, 1 HOME OFFICE, 2 DM OFFICE I guess they are called "locations" but every once in a while one of our guys will clock into one of them by mistake.
  • When submitting a ticket, quicker response time would be appreciated. Arbaz is quick to respond but the tickets are not responded to very quickly. I think Arcoro HR is a great product but response time is important! Especially when you have a lot of employees counting on a paycheck every Friday.
