Great AI bot Service Platform.

Rating: 7 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used the Azure AI Bot Service to create a bot for our Microsoft Teams platform and our website. The Microsoft Teams bot was used to moderate internal chats and help us communicate with team members. On the website, we used it as a customer service bot that answered basic customer queries and filed complaints, which were later resolved by our customer service team.

Pros

  • MDR services are really great on Azure AI Bot.
  • Cognitive services help enhance bots and also pre made bots.
  • The hosting ability allows to create many bots and store them.

Cons

  • It's very difficult to debug; often third-party apps and external software are required.
  • Customization of bots is hard to do and is not very accessible.
  • Learning curve is quite steep, one requires prior experience to be able to work with Azure AI Bot Service.

Likelihood to Recommend

From personal experience, I can recommend the Azure AI service to reduce the burden on your customer service team, as we did. We created a customer service bot and automated our Frequently Asked Questions section, as well as an interactive platform for registering other complaints that the bot cannot handle, which are later addressed by our customer service team.

Develop Intelligent Bots with Azure AI Bot Service

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used the Azure AI Bot Service to create a chatbot for MS Teams. We had created a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution, which had Web, IVR, and SMS messaging for initiating a DR. Since MS Teams is widely used across organizations, we planned to use Azure AI Bot Service to create a chatbot for DR.

Pros

  • Intelligent Understanding by LUIS and OpenAI
  • Natural Chat Experience
  • Multiple Channel Support using Same CodeBase

Cons

  • Usability Needs Improvement
  • Debugging is Difficult
  • Steep Learning curve for new developers

Likelihood to Recommend

Azure AI Bot service works well if you need to support multiple channels like MS Teams, Slack, Facebook Messenger, etc., using the same code base. It also provides built-in connectors to LUIS and Azure OpenAI for natural language understanding and intelligence. Scenarios such as a low-cost chatbot without the need for LUIS or AI are the ones where Azure AI bot service might not be most appropriate.

Azure Bot Service (Microsoft Bot Framework)

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is utilized as a tagging framework, which clients use to depict our items and survey them as well as hold up any objections they have. It helps with Insurance Contract Request Synchronization Flow.

Pros

  • Assembles conversational AI encounters for our clients
  • Adds regular language, discourse, and vision
  • Sends to well known channels with insignificant code changes

Cons

  • It isn't exceptionally easy to use for individuals who don't know SDK execution
  • Less choices for other structure mix
  • Customization is tedious and somewhat severe

Likelihood to Recommend

It is suited for applications like computerizing messages, or any business thought that would require the entrepreneur to robotize their reactions, particularly assuming they are managing a ton of clients and they can't answer to every single one of them. It'd be the most ideal to computerize messages of enormous associations where the reactions measure up to the clients' assumptions. It would be less appropriate in associations where clients' viewpoints matter and every client is interesting and requires the association's consideration, where the specialist organization doesn't need to sum up the clients' interests.

"Azure Bot Service Is Simple To Use, Integrate, And Develop."

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Azure Bot Service is a Chatbot Platform and Tool category tech stack that is cross-platform. Microsoft offers template bots to assist us in developing our AI-powered chatbots. It’s a solid SDK, and we had a lot of fun building bots with it. The Bit application I created was written in C# and used a SQL database as a backend. It’s much better to concentrate on the business logic rather than the implementation details of each messenger. This platform is built for Microsoft Azure Cloud and has the most security features. LUIS and QnA Maker can create an AI-based chatbot. The bot channel is simple to use and reduces the complexity of development. Use one of our preferred programming languages (C# or Python) to create bot logic. It enables us to get up and run quickly.

Pros

  • It allows us to test, manage, and build.
  • It makes it simple to deploy and connect.
  • Bot developers will find it a useful SDK.

Cons

  • Fewer options for other framework integration.
  • Customization is time-consuming and a little bitter.
  • LUIS, a service that analyzes human language, sometimes misinterprets semantic queries.

Likelihood to Recommend

Azure Bot Service is a technology stack tool that belongs to the Chatbot Platforms and Tools category. Any business idea that causes an automated response on the owner’s part can take advantage of this technology, such as automated emails. In industries or organizations where customer inquiries follow a pattern, the help desk can be more productive with this cloud-based system. If the bot is coded correctly, it can work in large organizations where diverse customer issues require attention.

Great Bot Service on the Cloud

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It has automated the Frequent Asked Question (FAQ) by using step-by-step coding accessible on Microsoft Learning website.

Pros

  • Azure Bot Services helps to run frequently asked questions speedily and consistently. Thereby, reducing customer issues/inquiries management.

Cons

  • They have simplified the coding for the bot in Azure, but it would help if the coding was further simplified so that non-IT can operate [and] create it easily.

Likelihood to Recommend

It runs on cloud and it makes the help desk more efficient. Especially in industries or organizations where customer queries seem to follow a similar pattern. However, if the bot is coded properly and consistently, it can also well work in big organizations where there is diversity in issues that might need attention by customers.

Azure Bot Service offers a great collaboration toolset with lightweight implementation

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Bot Framework was analyzed as a potential solution for real-time communication for help desk enablement and collaboration. It was primarily used by the help desk area and those who have the ability to report and input problem tickets. Due to the free form nature of our help desk software, a real-time communication solution would assist in completely and accurately documenting problems and requested analysis and research.

Pros

  • Real-time communication.
  • Lightweight software protocols.

Cons

  • Most robust features only available within Microsoft toolset.
  • Too much coding required for a basic functioning bot.

Likelihood to Recommend

Any application where real-time communication is required.

Not suited for secure communications.

If storage and network overhead are a concern, Microsoft Bot Framework is lightweight and no additional storage capacity or network interfaces are needed.

If 100% availability is required, this is not a good choice, stability was an area of concern.

The complete package to make a chatbot

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We needed a chatbot that could understand the user query (NLP), and based on the user query intent, fetch results from the both structured and unstructured databases. I used various Azure services along with the bot framework to solve this problem.

Pros

  • Easy to integrate different Azure services.
  • Easy to integrate with various chat bot softwares like Skype or Jabber.

Cons

  • Azure documentation still needs some improvement.

Likelihood to Recommend

Azure Bot Service is well suited for when you want a stable version of chatbot and want to get good results. Microsoft also provides various Azure services that you can integrate easily within your bot framework.
