BRAVO! is implemented in all departments of our company. Since we have staff working in different locations, BRAVO! enables us to keep in touch and celebrate achievements. I have used Bravo, and it helps me to appreciate my peers. The biggest problem we face in the organisation is the recognition of employees who have done a remarkable job. But now Bravo has solved this issue, everyone can appreciate their efforts, and others are knowledgeable of their achievements.

Because we often don't know what's going on in other departments, it has improved interdepartmental relationships. With BRAVO, we can recognise everyone's accomplishments and remain involved in the company's various recognition programs. Sometimes the leaderboard creates a feeling of negativity because some employees remain under-recognition beacuse they have done nothing.

Our company uses Bravo! for peer-to-peer recognition and employee engagement. It's an excellent way to celebrate team wins, hard work, and build a fun culture. Our team always adds fun GIFs, and it's good to see this across different levels and coming together on their own to celebrate efforts. We also give points that can be cashed in for gift cards. Bravo! is also suited for feedback in terms of celebrating recognition publicly and privately.
