We use BRAVO! to motivate our team members, a complete employee recognition tool. It helps solve the low employee retention rate problem by ensuring everyone gets rewards based on their performance, and no one stays behind in the team. It helps with peer recognition, awarding points, bonuses, monthly allowances, and tracking individual performance.
