Clearbit is a powerful asset for data enrichment. It's data accuracy is wonderful, especially when it comes to the company and contact information of targeted leads. Also, the API is well documented, making integration easy. Real-time updates keep data fresh. However, to increase the sales leads, Clearbit is a magical tool for me. Overall quality is higher than others.

  • Also, it has real-time data enrichment.

Cons

  • Clearbit can improve by adding more data-sourcing areas.
  • And they can add verification tools for data accuracy.
  • Also, they should consider more flexible pricing tiers, which can be effortable for small businesses.

To identify targeted leads and their valid contact information, Clearbit is one of the best platforms. Also, it helps me to run email campaigns in less time. Moreover, it has a dynamic data operation system that a data team automates data cleansing by using Clearbit's API to fill in missing contact details in their database. Really, I loved it.

We use Clearbit for data enrichment within Hubspot-Clearbit platform. The business problems the product addresses is that of ennsring we collect as less data as possible from customer (no-form movement) and then enrich it further with Clearbit enrichment and save on our own bandwidth of manually enriching data.Scope of our use case is limited to US audience form fills on our website.

  • Email quality is good but mobile number data needs improvement
  • Compared to Zoominfo, they need to improve their tech stack details
  • Apart from data enrichment feature, there are other features which need more promotions from them

Clearbit (As a standalone) platform is well suited for any type of organization that wants to enrich data based on inbounds as well as enrich database for outbound. Clearbit (within Hubspot) is well suited for mid to large organizations already using Hubspot as their marketing automation and CRM. It may be less suitable if organizations have just started up and do not run outbound campaigns in volume.

We use Clearbit for Data Generation. I've used lot of other competitors since last few years, Out of the others I love Clearbit data more. Using this B2B Data I noticed the delivery rate was way higher than Other which is important for any Outbound prospecting folks. I can simply gather my target buyer and sent it to my CRM.

  • Intent based was good but may be something like regional based using google analytics would be better

Clearbit Ads: Linkedin targeting capabilities; but on Facebook

Clearbit allows our team to target our ICP on Facebook with paid advertising. Facebook is typically a channel where the majority of our ICP spends time, but the quality of leads is poor. Essentially, we can finally mimic our efforts and campaign strategy on LinkedIn in Facebook, giving us even more touch points and channels to reach our ICP. When we want to hit users at a higher frequency, using multiple platforms to hit the same users really helps.

It is a very user-friendly tool with an intuitive interface where every icon is presented in a well-organized form. Furthermore, I can easily find out any company’s webpage and correspond with them about my product. The extensions that are provided by this software updates automatically to show users useful information. Overall, it is an excellent product and now it keeps the importance in our organization because of its effective performance.

  • I appreciate its simple layout and its navigation which allows SDRs to find company-associated web pages.
  • I can easily send them emails. In this way, I have generated leads that eventually affect my sales.
  • It is integrated with so many other similar tools that have left a mark in managing the CRM.

Cons

  • The pricing policy is very high which hinders its usage among the small business setup.
  • Also, the company's LinkedIn profile is not found every time.
  • However, this tool is found to be a convenient one.

We are using Salesforce CRM in our company. So here Clearbit plays a major role for us in our day to day sales activities, from providing all the information in a tab to helping keep our database updated. We don't need to open any other page while talking to or making calls to our prospects. Clearbit, with its unique enriched features, shows all the major information about the prospect/company in a column that one need not go anywhere else to find any info.

  • Enrich the data in Salesforce
  • Helps keep information updated
  • Helps adding data in an accurate and fast manner
  • Even provides prospects' social info like LinkedIn and Twitter bio, which at times helps a lot

Cons

  • Information is not 100 % accurate. At times we need to validate and update the information again.
  • It's not best suited for small companies.

It's well suited for all of sales while transferring leads in Salesforce. It helps them to get their data structured in such a manner that they don't need to look anywhere else to find more info about the prospect or company and Clearbit does that for them. It really saves a lot of time and energy, which helps them while reaching out to their prospects. But sometimes it happens that the information is not all correct or up to date. Then it seems to be a slight issue for us. But overall it's working fine for us.

Our industry can be, for a lack of better terms, dirty. People do not necessarily want to react in time, if at all, and customer service simply doesn't exist. I personally use Clearbit to research escalation points within an organization as needed.

Pros

  • I've never not found a company listed within it yet.
  • The emails and names of the employees also have job titles attached to them.

Cons

  • There's no real way to validate that the info is correct but it hasn't let down yet.

Likelihood to Recommend

Again, like my use case, it's well suited for seeking escalation somewhere. I do see how it could be abused and wouldn't fit a good bill in that manner.

Clearbit is being used primarily by our sales team to help clean our Salesforce data. We rely on a lot of cold outreach, and being able to find clean contact information is vital to our productivity. The integrations in Salesforce and Gmail are all pretty useful to us, and are used by a majority of the team.

  • Quickly find corporate email addresses.
  • Links contacts to their LinkedIn profiles.

Cons

  • I wish there was an integration in Outlook.
  • Direct dials would be ideal.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well suited for sales reps who need to acquire clean data and quickly scrub their book of business. I'm not sure if the company-level data is as accurate or as relevant as we need it to be. We rely on SimilarWeb for those instances of analyzing ideal targets.

I am a Consultant who was involved in the decision-making process for my client in the Retail Sector. They were looking for a solution that would give them access to their data and drive insights for marketing to nurture the right opportunities and boost sales revenues. Giving their website visitors an identity was definitely something that they could benefit from as well.

Pros

  • Turn website visitors into leads with full company profiles.
  • Excellent customer support.

Cons

  • No multi-user capability for teams.
  • The cost is quite high but worth it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Clearbit is not the best solution to position for single owner/operator and small business scenarios simply because the full value may not be realized as quickly. BPO and Marketing agencies would be a perfect fit for Clearbit. They would have the best potential to really leverage the power of Clearbit and ROI very quickly. In this scenario, Sales agents can greatly benefit from the ability to access company info and find other contacts and emails at a company.
