Overall Satisfaction with Clearbit
We are using Salesforce CRM in our company. So here Clearbit plays a major role for us in our day to day sales activities, from providing all the information in a tab to helping keep our database updated. We don't need to open any other page while talking to or making calls to our prospects. Clearbit, with its unique enriched features, shows all the major information about the prospect/company in a column that one need not go anywhere else to find any info.

- Helps adding data in an accurate and fast manner
- Even provides prospects' social info like LinkedIn and Twitter bio, which at times helps a lot
- Information is not 100 % accurate. At times we need to validate and update the information again.
- It's not best suited for small companies.
- Sometimes data is not fully accurate.
- Need to double check the direct dials provided.
- InsideView and RainKing (discontinued)
At that time we were thinking of a few more tools available in market. But once we reached out to them and got to know the features and ease of use, we narrowed down our search to Clearbit. Its integration with Salesforce with added features along with the pricing was best among others.
