Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Echometer to run our retros at the end of each sprint. This involves collecting health checks as well as open ended feedback via survey, and then facilitating a discussion around these items, providing real-time feedback on prioritization, and assigning action items. We specifically love that Echometer provides tools for both identifiable and anonymous feedback collection, and that is seamlessly made available for a live discussion. We also love the voting system where people can indicate the biggest priorities at the end of the retro!
