We have different Signatures that add Mobile numbers for specific departments while omitting them from others, these are picked dynamically based on group memberships and the data itself is pulled from EntraID , this way it's a one time setup and afterwards it just works if the people are in the right security groups.

Exclaimer's email template customisation, and flexibility to insert campaigns into individuals signatures has had great throughput to when we have been attending conferences, and has lead to lots of organic meetings that have been progressed into live projects for the business.
