We use Exclaimer as our go-to solution for Signature management. It makes it possible to maintain signature consistency of the whole company on desktop, web and mobile.

We switched to Exclaimer coming from a CodeTwo solution because of better integration in our workflow and also a better editor for the signatures itself. We use this in our whole environment and have different signatures based on function and locations. This gives us great flexibility whilst also maintaining consistency among all the signatures.

I have been using Exclaimer at a range of organisations and have always been happy with service provided.

As there are a range of companies and business units at my organisation, a streamlined avenue to dynamically allocate signatures is required.

The ability to graphically view the signatures and customise allocation based on a range of rule sets is very beneficial and flexible.

Exclaimer is highly beneficial for larger companies that have a range of business units and requirements around the look and feel of signatures.

Smaller organisations are unlikely to need the same degree of customisation, so the requirement is diminished. Particularly as there is something of a cost premium and another platform to manage.

Email signature and banner. Custom banners for seasonal changes, Uniformity with Job Titles, and consistency with the contact directory. Easily managed by admin staff without the need for extensive ICT involvement. Scheduling configurations in advance and site-specific. Uniformity across the board, conveying a consistently professional image across all departments without extensive user training.

Its ability to set and forget makes it a great marketing tool for consistency across your business. It allows you to stack signatures and banners and continue to the next signature based on rules. It also gives you the option of allowing users to have their own pre-signatures and apply them prior to the server-based signatures being applied.

This product is easy to use, and easy to set up and implement. This makes life so easy and everyone has uniform signatures. This product is a great marketing tool as well. Definitely recommend you will not regret it.

Email signature management in my company is carried out centrally thanks to Exclaimer Cloud. Any changes (large or small) that we need to make to signatures are carried out very simply and efficiently. Exclaimer solves the problem of end users being able to touch their signature and make changes to it.

Suitable and useful in any company regardless of its size and sector. I cannot think of any company for which it is not suitable. Particularly suitable for companies with a marketing department, as it offers various features tailored to this type of department. Even for people with little knowledge of graphic editing or marketing, extremely professional results can be achieved.

Exclaimer allows us to simply and centrally manage signatures, populating the information from Active Directory attributes. It allows us to ensure everyone uses a standardised signature with the same logo, disclaimer, visual identity.

It’s a great product. It could be better but at the same time there’s nothing else better out there for the task.

We use Exclaimer to sync multiple signatures across large organisations with advertising material consistently changing. We have it synced and setup with both Active Directory and Office365 environments that are effective in injecting attribute data into the signature templates required. The organisations it is used on are between 200-1000 seats across 15-25 locations.

With large companies that are running advertising campaigns often it is very handy to keep all users uniform and up to date. During holiday periods with events we have used themed signatures for some of our customers, such as Halloween and Christmas decor. This was very easy to make a new template and after the holiday was completed to flip the switch back to the standard template without any issues.

We use Exclaimer for email signatures across multiple brands and teams in our business. Exclaimer helps ensure branding, contact details and job titles are all consistent amongst the team. It also allows us to rotate marketing and keep everything current and relevant to campaigns. With a team that has a varying range of technology literacy, Exclaimer is a great tool to control the brand's marketing and messaging from one central point, without having to ask the team to complete manual updates...which we found were not always happening.

It's cool that we can add in NPS surveys and create campaigns to the signature, and gain feedback in real time if we need. No instance of where Exclaimer has been inappropriate to use.

It was easy to implement and accepted by the organization. The online interface for designing and implementing signatures for different groups is simple.
