Seamless and frustration free!

We use Exclaimer for email signatures across multiple brands and teams in our business. Exclaimer helps ensure branding, contact details and job titles are all consistent amongst the team. It also allows us to rotate marketing and keep everything current and relevant to campaigns. With a team that has a varying range of technology literacy, Exclaimer is a great tool to control the brand's marketing and messaging from one central point, without having to ask the team to complete manual updates...which we found were not always happening.

Exclaimer's signature scheduling tool is used heavily by our business, as we have team members that work across 24 hour periods. The scheduling tools allows artwork to be updated in the background without team members having to manually jump in to apply. We do find that being able to segment which signatures different team members can benefit each audience with key information and messaging relevant to them.

From a user's perspective, this hasn't played too much into my day-to-day concerns with usage. Our IT providers rate Exclaimer very highly for its security features.
