Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Exclaimer to sync multiple signatures across large organisations with advertising material consistently changing. We have it synced and setup with both Active Directory and Office365 environments that are effective in injecting attribute data into the signature templates required. The organisations it is used on are between 200-1000 seats across 15-25 locations.

Multi Tab Management, checking 2 signatures against eachother can have some strange side effects.
Filtering and search functions for companies with lots of templates.
Group management within an organisation, grouping templates into sub departments.

We have had tremendous success with Exclaimers capabilities of being able to manage different departments, shift times and layouts. The clients we work with have varying levels of needs with multiple departments that we are able to use Exclaimer to easily manage and update. It's also highly scalable as our clients expand their business it is very easy to cater for new departments and brand deals.

I can only comment on not having any data breaches while we've used Exclaimer.

With large companies that are running advertising campaigns often it is very handy to keep all users uniform and up to date. During holiday periods with events we have used themed signatures for some of our customers, such as Halloween and Christmas decor. This was very easy to make a new template and after the holiday was completed to flip the switch back to the standard template without any issues.
