Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer as our go-to solution for Signature management. It makes it possible to maintain signature consistency of the whole company on desktop, web and mobile.
Pros
- Easy to use interface
- Create consistency in our signatures
- Great test tools
- Great documentation
Cons
- The "New" Outlook Add-in is less robust that the classis outlook one (but might be more a Microsoft issue)
- Send-As Documentation/information is a bit convoluted or hard to find
- With consistency among the whole company it gives us a more professional presence.
- The implementation is quick and easy.
- If there is an issue there is a wealth of documentation and fast responding and friendly support team.
We have different Signatures that add Mobile numbers for specific departments while omitting them from others, these are picked dynamically based on group memberships and the data itself is pulled from EntraID , this way it's a one time setup and afterwards it just works if the people are in the right security groups. In this setup the possibility for errors is greatly reduced.
We haven't had any security concerns so far, we scoped a security group of users that will get routed to Exclaimer for Signature appending.
We have had more issues with CodeTwo and their backend, downtime there was a main reason for us to look at competitors. The easy route to migrate and the ease of use and easy to use editor. We also had a better time talking with support on some a specific issue we had and got it sorted right away.
