Email signature and banner. Custom banners for seasonal changes, Uniformity with Job Titles, and consistency with the contact directory. Easily managed by admin staff without the need for extensive ICT involvement. Scheduling configurations in advance and site-specific. Uniformity across the board, conveying a consistently professional image across all departments without extensive user training.

Its ability to set and forget makes it a great marketing tool for consistency across your business. It allows you to stack signatures and banners and continue to the next signature based on rules. It also gives you the option of allowing users to have their own pre-signatures and apply them prior to the server-based signatures being applied.
