Our license model is monthly, and as previously mentioned, we are extremely happy with Exclaimer for the two main priorities, price and functionality. … We didn't really negotiate anything we simply went with the monthly, user, licensing, which gives us the flexibility of increasing or decreasing the license on a monthly basis.

I would say well worth the money if you have 50+ employees; before that, you could do it manually, but this saves a lot of time and training and stops people from making mistakes.
