Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work for a West Coast-based health care provider. Our 11 staff members travel to client home at least monthly to provide Peer-related services to those struggling with mental health or substance use issues. We each have an Expensify card used for gas, office gear, and to buy items for our clients. The card has never been turned down or questioned. Receipts are a snap to upload and turn in, with enough detail that I've never yet had to explain anything to my manager about my purchases. We all use it almost daily, and love the lack of hassle we've had with other systems. I highly recommend Expensify!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Expensify to track our expenses as an Auto Body Shop. Everything from shop supplies to parts to fees to bills is covered under the broad umbrella of Expensify. I am able to keep everything in order and search by any number of various factors. It even helps to remind me if I double anything up by accident.

Pros

  • Itemizing expenses.
  • Search fields and criteria.
  • Fast responses and excellent customer service/ trouble shooting help.
  • Easy to understand and follow instructions for all application uses.
  • Mobile device capability.

Cons

  • Sometimes the server is down for several minutes or longer during key processing times. Less of that would be swell.
  • Do away with the redundancy between individual expense and full on reports.
  • Don't demand 3 examples of criticism.

  • Brought returns and small hit losses back to acceptable levels.

I have been using Expensify since my Day 1 at my company and I have no complains and just good feedback to say about this trustworthy platform. All my reimbursements and other travel and expenses is solely provided and a reported under Expensify. I can say that everyone should at least have a try and note how important a dedicated platform like Expensify is important for small, medium and large companies.

Pros

  • EASY TO USE.
  • Love the simplicity - words, interacting.
  • I have been working professionally for 35 years, and Expensify is the most intuitive reimbursement software I have ever used.
  • Quick turnaround between end users (sales reps) and the company admins.

  • I have no examples, as Expensify is the best reimbursement program I have used in my 35 years of professional work.

We use Expensify to reimburse expenses. You submit the receipt and expense details, and then the company pays you back. We can use it to buy books or conference tickets, as well as to cover restaurant expenses during client meetings.
