Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Folloze mainly for email campaigns and creating personalized microsites and it’s also been great for ABM programs and integrating with our marketing systems. My team builds and shares content without needing help from web developers or the web team.

Pros

  • i love how easy it is to duplicate boards and control the content my audience sees
  • Folloze lets me schedule messages and track engagement all in one place
  • the support team, especially Otto and Meghan, has been amazing with integrations and feature updates

Cons

  • some of the design tools took a bit to get used to
  • it lacks some flexibility to edit

Likelihood to Recommend

I will recommend Folloze to small marketing teams who want to move fast without depending on other departments, it’s perfect for ABM and makes it easy to personalize content down to the logo and i’ve seen more qualified leads come in since we started using it, and that alone is worth it.

Tracking user involvement and maintaining consistency across all pages and improving strategy, all of these depend on this single solution. And using Folloze I can create interesting landing pages which is custom for every user using and since the platform facilitates the creation of no-code microservices, I therefore save a lot of time and effort.

  • the limited bandwidth from the smaller support personnel could cause delays in reacting to consumer problems
  • one of the limited options for altering contact information is redirecting queries to group emails and it may interfere with team processes

Likelihood to Recommend

Perfect for small teams handling demanding schedules, it features reusable templates and simple UI. For marketing companies without a web development staff but still need to quickly build customized campaigns or boost engagement statistics, Folloze is a terrific option. Still more technical help could be required for highly customized needs that beyond templates.

Using Folloze and the tools it provided, we were able to produce marketing and email campaigns and tailored landing sites rapidly. This removes the requirement for previously vital reliance on someone with site development and marketing experience. And also over the whole onboarding process, the Folloze personnel also proved to be really friendly and responsive.

Once you have your first few templates saved, it's easy to copy and use them on other boards to keep the same look by only changing the important parts. You can change a lot about your board without giving up too much power. With SSO, two-factor authentication, and the personalization tool, the Folloze team has really stepped up its security response across the board. It also listens to and acts on customer comments very well.

That's great because anyone can use this tool because it's free source. You can also do great creative modifications on a big scale and get them underway quickly.

We needed an easier way to help build and deliver content, especially with team members that may not be as technically savvy as others. With Folloze we were able to tailor and build without having to code, it made it super easy with auto-tagging, suggestions, etc. powered by ChatGPT which is cool.

Pros

  • Content auto-tagging, automating and eliminating a lot of manual work
  • No coding required, their designer allows you to build all sorts of things without having to get into the weeds of code
  • Good Analytics, data collected to help measure your campaigns

Cons

  • More documentation, I'd like to see more things explained and documented through out the site
  • Design tool is pretty flexible but there is sometimes when you aren't able to do specific things the way you might want to
  • UI/UX could be improved in some area but not a big deal

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Folloze is a good solution if you want to hit the ground running, it's a good platform to jump off from without having to get into complicated technology stacks and lets a more diverse team work with and interact with it. Being able to build sites, micro sites and have the engagement metrics easily available is very nice.
