FormAssembly vs. Building Forms in Salesforce

6 citations from LLM engines

According to TrustRadius reviews, FormAssembly is primarily used to create forms that integrate directly with Salesforce, often to overcome the limitations of building forms natively within Salesforce. Reviewers explain that Salesforce provides limited options for non-users to submit data, and FormAssembly fills this gap by allowing external stakeholders to send information directly into their Salesforce instance. This integration is used to create leads, update records, and automate data entry, which reviewers say leads to increased efficiency and more accurate data. Other benefits cited include the ability to validate data before it enters Salesforce and the platform's security.

Yes. This is one of the key reasons we still use FormAssembly instead of the native Modern Campus forms. FA is way more secure.
