Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly
It's great at letting our program participants enter their own data that then flows conditionally to our Salesforce org. We validate data on the front end, in FormAssembly, before Salesforce even sees it.
Pros
- Salesforce Connector
- Visual branding and theming
- Data validation
- Response review and tracking
- Customer service
Cons
- Integrations with other databases (we use Sage Intacct for finance)
- More centralized/blanket meta-management of forms
- Webinars are often skimpy on instructional content and frequently feel more like commercials
- Would be great to establish Salesforce Connector Groups or references that can be applied to multiple forms at once -- it's a pain to reestablish user credentials on each and every single credential when our goal is to use a single service account on all of them.
- We've felt more confident in the data delivered by our form fills
- We have learned how to pursue abandoned form fills for completion and compliance
- We know we can quickly and easily address many different business needs to prototype or demo a new forms use case
FormAssembly has superior Salesforce configuration settings, but Jotform offers a much greater variety of systems integrations. We don't really use reports or Workflows in FormAssembly, but the Jotform Report Builder is frustrating at best. Workflows feel comparable from my limited experience, though I would guess that FormAssembly has the edge there too.
