Awesome application with the best application tracking on the market.
We use it for recruitment and a variety of other items within the organization. But it is a great tool for hiring managers as a way to ensure that we are viewing what we need within the recruitment process. The collaboration process is among the best that I have seen in the market. This allows for the speed of hiring to be faster than any other process. This also allows for fast-tracking and the ability to see where the candidate is within the process and what steps have been taken and what is left to be completed. I say this is Best-In-Class software.

Just is very much a better tool to use as the tracking is impressive, and the dashboard is more visible and can provide what is needed. The ability to complete all the processing paperwork would put this application at the top of the stack and would easily beat any other application in the same industry.
