Their CRM is one of their most comprehensive I’ve seen with its ability to store large quantities of data - even custom data.
Their Live Chat is also very advanced and does most of what you would want a live chat to do when you have a team.
Their email marketing with automations is also quite advanced.
Gist has been essential to allow us to build processes, categorize leads, and manage interactions with our clients. We started to implement it as we wanted a good overall solution for the platform and kept using it for the last two years for the business. The leads trackers is super basic, but that simplicity worked for us to track the different lanes and statues of our clients and their projects. The chat bot was by far the most affordable option for us, and allowed our customers to simply reach out anytime they had a question.We did have a few questions for them a few times, and their customer support was a bit slow due to timezones, but they were always able to get to the bottom of the issue.

Gist is well suited for you if you want an all-in-one solution or a good starting point for managing your customer relational management. Once you get established, you may want to move off the platform, but it is a killer deal to get you started.
We turned to Gist for a complete conversational marketing suite that would allow us to communicate more effectively with online users on our website, build new relationships and trust with them and overall expand our community. Community building is our main goal and Gist's online chat with chatbot, as well as e-mail marketing, forms and popups and even integration with social media ads, appeared as a great fit.

Gist is great for online media, blogs and community websites, aiming to expand their communities. I also see Gist as very relevant for B2B businesses as well as B2C online stores which sell higher-value products. Gist is a great alternative to Hubspot, however due to its limited Free version and expensive Premium plan (which is really where all the magic happens), it may not work for many emerging businesses, communities, or non-profits on a lower/no budget.

Gist is a great way for website visitors to contact our support team for pre-sales and support enquiries. They even offer mobile apps for on-the-go support. We can set our opening hours and set up bots to collect email addresses, for example.
Using it mainly for the live chat feature. I believe almost nothing beats a live chat function when it comes to supporting customers and visitors on my website. It also helps me collect leads and gain valuable insights into the visitor. I am looking forward to using their email marketing in the near future, but in the meantime, their live chat really is seamless, absolutely in love with it.

I believe Gist (in particular their live chat) is suitable for visitors who are from the general public, which I am using for my website. I also run a separate website where I deal directly with my customers (photographers, B2B) and find that Whatsapp is better (in a sense, closer or more informal feel) suited for long term follow ups and conversations.

Gist support has been amazing and have helped me configure the product to my requirements. Its pretty easy to use and importing my email database was incredibly simple. Managing multiple domains across one account has been difficult but with the use of seperate workspaces you can overcome this and create seperate areas and teams to manage your various websites
I've a difficult time to combine many tools to create my full-cycle of marketing workflow. And it is quite hard to integrate those tools to work togethers. Also, having too many tools with subscription pricing model, i have to keep paying more every months which makes me to hold fixed costs through years. Gist helps me fix every problems that I had and I satisfied with the tool. Only unfortunate thing is ... the premium price is over my budget.

When you've a clear journey of sales pipeline and product & service sites. Without it, it is worthless. It is well suited when you're running the campaign or running the business that require supporting team. It is good if you're interested in hook the customer in time while you're away from keyboard.
We use Gist for chat, email marketing, automation, lead nurturing and more, and in fact, have been able to replace a bunch of other tools and now use Gist in place of them all. Instead of having to sync up those different tools, we enjoy having a unified approach where we can easily bring all the components together into one place.

We control all our users journey starting at the website where we capture their email when they initialize the subscription. When we found Gist, we were amazed at all its features. Now we reduced 3 apps to just one. That's a huge money saver, also their support channel is excellent. The only problem we are facing is that some features are not translated to Portuguese. That hold us back from using everything. But we think there's a lot of space for improvement, and they are making the product better each day
