Gist is used in various capacities in my business. The first is their very very comprehensive CRM which allows for generous data storage (even custom data).
The second is the use of their Live Chat. With its robust features as well as a mobile app to stay connected on the go, it really is a very useful feature.

- An iframe embed for its Live Chat (versus just the JS code) would make it more versatile in embedding in external sites.

Gist is a much more robust software with a variety of marketing tools in its arsenal. Things like website tracking is also extremely robust and it has many more features.
The ease of setup is also more enjoyable and intuitive in Gist so the overall result is that you can learn the tool faster.
