Double the Donation offered for free with Classy subscription has brought in a few thousand dollars in corporate matches with very low lift to our team. … Not inexpensive price point and on an annual contract, so the software is definitely an investment.

I will note that the fee structure of Classy is more expensive than our previous solution. … Classy is more expensive than our donor management software but doesn't have the robust donor management tools to replace it.

If your donors prefer to give via mail, Classy can be an expensive payment processor, so you really want to ensure that you're able to utilize their specific tools to gain and steward new donors for... … Classy was more expensive but alleviated a lot of problems for us.

Classy is less expensive than old online giving platform (Luminate). … We also use Classy as a POS sort of system for our Dog/Cat behavior classes (Fee associated) and our educational Storytime sessions (free).
