Overall Satisfaction with Classy

I use Classy for all of our online fundraising (giving page, p2p, crowdfunding, and ticket sales). This product supports our entire operation, and integrates with our CRM flawlessly. I am the manager of our development operations, so I oversee employees and volunteers who also use Classy to support our fundraising efforts.

Classy is perfect for online fundraising - both for professionals and volunteers. If you have very specific reporting needs, I would not recommend it without integrating with a well-developed CRM. Their customer support, however, is very helpful and enthusiastic.
