We mostly use GoTo for phone calls, before I started managing the system I don't think a lot of my fellow administrative staff even knew that we had meeting software included in GoTo Connect.

Although we still heavily use Microsoft for our meeting, the messaging and phone system are the only sources for communications that we use, making it much easier to manager for users and devices.
