Some firms appreciate the convenience of a unified platform for calls and meetings, streamlining internal communication. However, the prevalence of client-preferred external tools like Zoom or Teams often limits the adoption of GoTo Connect's integrated meeting capabilities for external engagements.

Everyone relies on Teams or Zoom for video conferencing since they already used that prior to getting GoTo Connect. We've not used the video conferencing piece so I can't give much feedback on that, but I want to be clear we aren't unhappy with it, we just haven't used it.

Our biggest issue was the lack of ability to have access to our phone system while staff worked remotely. It was causing large issues for our firm when clients needed to speak with a staff member who was not in office. <br>GoTo Connect app saved the day. It can be used on any smart phone and we can transfer a call directly to a staff member.
