Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
I love being able to create and control the phone tree in our company. We have a good bit of remote employees and so the fact that they can use the app and not have to have a physical phone is amazing. Plus I can move who needs to be on what account by day if needed.

- We're able to better serve our patients when it comes to making payments on their accounts. We can provide great service to them and take care of all their needs on a clear phone connection.
I am not a strong IT person, but have been given the task of operating the GoTo system and creating phone trees, and it has been a dream to create and do the things we need to do to run the business. I can drag and drop and be done in minutes.
We looked at others, I just can't remember all the names we reviewed and compared. But GoTo just looked so simple to use. Even a child could do it. And thats what we need. Nothing too complicated, and allows us in control.
