Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect for all our incoming and outgoing (through the app) calls for our business. We are able to record calls for training purposes and monitor call metrics with the software.

- Ability to change dial plan from a mobile device
- Ability to track calls to learn how to improve call-to-job
We only use GoTo for calls. We do not use the other features.
