Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect as our primary VIOP phone service at all of our retail and business locations. One business problem GoTo Connect has helped us resolve is automating some of our call in/call our processes and creating and automating our phone tree system on an easy to manage admin portal.
Pros
- Easy to use UI
- Seamlessly works with our network environment
- AI chat bot is very helpful and always useful
Cons
- ordering of new devices can be a bit tedious
- Sync errors often occur with new assigned devices
- Saved around $250/m when deactivating our traditional phone service provider and using GoTo Connect as our only phone service company wide
- Easy to manage all aspects of GoTo Connect within the admin portal, less training
- Helped streamline our employee directory for easy use internally and externally
Although we still heavily use Microsoft for our meeting, the messaging and phone system are the only sources for communications that we use, making it much easier to manager for users and devices.
