GoTo Connect provides us with voice, text, and fax sending and receiving.
Pros
- How-to articles are very well written
- Customer service is exceptional
- Reliable service
Cons
- I think the GoTo Connect app is a bit confusing. There are menus and then several submenus that can be confusing. It is cluttered as well
- In my experience, faxing is difficult and frustrating. It needs to be in the app and not via an email
- In my experience, the how to articles for the phone system are not always accurate and do not reflect new changes
- cost savings- very reasonable fees
- Easily connect to support, which saves downtime with issues
- Faxing is inconvenient at best
The unified admin tool is okay. It is easy to add users and assign resources.
I think Resolve is easy to navigate and features are constantly being added. It is also very affordable. Easy setup and installation on endpoints with the ability to look at the system without remoting in to pull information. You can easily see where there a security gaps and OS and app updates and push out to install selected updates.
