This space allows for transparency and helps people solve issues without having to open a support ticket.

It is well suited if you want a collaborative environment for interactive discussion. The ability to reach out to members to help. People helping people allows for call deflection so that some issues are resolved through knowledge and getting answers to questions from others who are using the same solutions. We find out members who have their hands in Qlik solutions provide answers that even help our engineers
