What is Lyra CRM?
Lyra CRM, Offer & Service Management is an application developed and distributed by Softeam headquartered in Lecco, Italy, presented as suitable for responding to the needs of companies that produce complex BOM machines and plants. It is designed to increase the productivity of sales, marketing and after-sales, and the application is available in Client Server, Mobile and Offline versions , which encompasses the centralized management of all data and information in a single, customizable interface related to relationships with prospects and customers.
Lyra Light is the most basic edition, supporting company and customer activities and relationships so that they can be classified and tracked in real time. The Lyra Service edition extends on this, and is aimed at managing the after-sales technical/commercial processes. It allows integrated management of after-sales services: management of the serial number card and components, management of technical assistance personnel, job master data, maintenance and assistance contracts, management and scheduling of interventions, spare parts offers/orders, fault knowledge base .
And Lyra Sales is the commercial product configurator, characterized by a hierarchical "tree" structure at infinite levels, capable of expressing the admissible technical specifications, the compatible options and the relationships between the various components of the product which will be the object of commercial offer.
