Unified management of my facebook and Instagram accounts. It allows us to manage campaign, schedule post from one single dashboard which results in consistency in our post scheduling. It's gives us templates to design content. Definately our lead collection has increased from desired audience.

Helped us expand our business in Kuwait, middle East, South East Asia.

Pros

  • Create, schedule posts, Stories
  • Unified inbox for msgs from facebook, instagram
  • Analytic that make us take wise decisions

Cons

  • Interface is a bit tricky to understand initially
  • Integration with CRM is complex, can be made simpler. Use struggled with TeleCRM
  • Sometimes data is not in sync with CRM

Likelihood to Recommend

Business owner With a small team can manage campaign easily, track schedule campaign with single dashboard is helpful, we love common inbox feature, see chata from all channels and reply. Two factors authentication can be simplified, every time we need to ask for OTP from the owner, not sure if they have option to mark device as trusted

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We really enjoy using the Meta Business Suite to manage our prooducts FB page and send out as well as receive notifications to/from clients. It is also a great tool to track traffic on our products page. We can boost information we want to get out to current clients and to encourage new followers to join us and possibly become new clients.

Pros

  • Track page traffic
  • Encourages interactions
  • Send out mass notifications to clients
  • remind of appointments

Cons

  • The default settings could use some tuning up, id rather set up my own defaults
  • Make it easier to remove administrators
  • Wish it could separate postings

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for small or starting business. It gets the word out. Social media is the best way to advertise and I think the Meta Business Suite Platform is truly the only way to go to manage it all. Not only Facebook but all Meta platforms can be managed under 1 suite.

We use Meta Business Suite for data and reporting, for content publishing, and for managing promoted post and sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Zero support available
  • unannounced changes and updates

If you are doing anything on Facebook on Instagram you really don’t have a choice. That said, it is free to use and has a lot of very helpful tools, especially for reporting. It is also the best way to post and optimize video for Meta properties.

Functions Work Well but Not Very User Friendly

Rating: 6 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize it as a marketing platform and lead generation tool to advertise the various departments of our business. As a business, we need to constantly engage with past clients and bring in new ones. The Meta Business Suite helps us achieve this by scheduling posts and ads, as well as receiving and responding to reviews.

Pros

  • Reaches a lot of people
  • Allows you to narrow to specific demographics
  • Post scheduling/planning

Cons

  • The system is messy and confusing
  • Ad creating is difficult
  • Should be able to schedule posts from the main posting page

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Meta Business Suite is more so suited for large companies with entire marketing and data departments. It takes a lot of time and knowledge for someone who is doing multiple roles and marketing for a small company to know how to most effectively use the platform and many of us don't have time for that.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Meta Business Suite to generate leads for our clients and for our business. The problem this product addresses is generating affordable, high-value B2B leads and expanding the reach of our brand and our clients' brands, thereby targeting a large pool of people using Meta Business Suite's targeting options.

Pros

  • Ads building.
  • Budget tracking.
  • General ads performance.

Cons

  • Attribution Metrics.
  • UX of Meta Business Suite.
  • Speed of Business Suite.

Likelihood to Recommend

Meta Business Suite has been highly effective in exposing our brand and our clients' brands to a large audience. It is also one of the most cost-effective ad platforms for B2B marketing campaigns. The issue is filtering out low-quality leads from a B2B lead generation process, as you often receive as many poor-quality leads as high-quality ones.

Meta Business Suite Is Awful for Users and Support is Non-Existent

Rating: 2 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Meta Business Suite because it is required to use it if you use Facebook and Instagram, which we do. It is a way to access social media management and advertising. While we also use third party social media planning tools, sometimes we have no choice but to use Meta Business Suite.

Pros

  • Allows posting to Facebook
  • Sometimes allows posting to Instagram, but not always
  • Sometimes allows access to Ad Manager, but not always

Cons

  • Integrating with Instagram
  • Ease of use for multiple admins
  • They could make it easier to claim a Business Asset
  • Overall it's a bad tool

Likelihood to Recommend

I would only recommend it because it is literally the only choice. There is not other way to give people access to Meta than through the Meta Business Suite, which is full of errors, redundancies, and confusing verbiage. Meta Business Suite support is non-existent, highly incompetent, or incredibly delayed. It's a terrible tool.

It plays a key role in our content planning, publishing, and performance tracking efforts, especially as we manage multiple product drops, seasonal campaigns, and creator collaborations.

We rely on the analytics tools to monitor performance which helps inform future creative strategies and community engagement tactics.

Meta Business Suite is definitely a core tool in our digital marketing workflow.

Pros

  • Campaign Management
  • Partnership Ads
  • Ad Insights

Cons

  • Limited functionality for Instagram reels
  • Inaccurate post previews
  • Limited Role-Based permissions

Meta Business Suite is great if you are a business that is heavily reliant on paid media performance. It is also a great platform if we are looking to scale paid performance and look to send partnership ads live with existent creators and influencers we are working with.

You have to use it but it's good

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It helps us manage about a dozen business fb pages for clients and helps us quickly flip between them as needed when we're managing ad campaigns and doing social media planning. Additionally, it helps us add and remove team members and give people access to certain features but not others and they get their own secure logins.

Pros

  • User management
  • Ad management
  • Managing multiple pages

Cons

  • Better support
  • Less mumbo jumbo
  • Less legacy systems

Likelihood to Recommend

You pretty much have to use it if you want to be a professional who is managing multiple accounts for both organic and paid social media content. It's less appropriate if you're just managing one account, and less appropriate if you are tech challenged. But if you're a professional it is a must.

Better but still a ways to go.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm using the Meta Business Suite to plan, design and complete my marketing objectives from my paid to my non-paid. I'm able to at least integrate those two worlds into a strategy that takes into account the opportunities they both pose. Do they do it perfectly? No, But, for the most part I can make happen what I want.

Pros

  • Scheduling
  • Integration between paid and not paid
  • Ability to be able to cross platforms while using 1 dashboard

Cons

  • It's not uniform across all platforms, yet
  • Seems that certain pieces have more than others
  • The mobile functionality of scheduling, to me, still has a way to go

Likelihood to Recommend

When you are trying to reach a wider spectrum of an audience, I think the Meta Business Suite pieces are great. But, when the scope seems to narrow down, Meta Business Suite's abilities to become more focused seem to dwindle, or you lose the functionality or the features that the broader let you do. This can apply to both the paid and the non-paid. I think it's made a lot of progress in the last 6 months, but I do think it has a ways to still go to where I'm more happy with it.

An Essential if You Use Meta Platforms

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At my business, we use Meta Business Suite to post most of our content to our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. We also use this to get insights on what posts perform well and which do not. This helps determine content strategies for the posts we want to make.

Pros

  • Social posting
  • Social Analytics
  • Insight management

Cons

  • Ability to track other platforms that are not meta
  • Ability to post to other non-meta platforms
  • A better appeal process for getting banned

Likelihood to Recommend

If your company uses Meta, you should be on the Meta Business Suite as a business best practice. This will be incredibly helpful for getting direction for your content and for posting your content. The kicker is that the platform is totally free so it doesn't cost much to post on there.
