MyWorkDrive helps us keep all files in a single destination. It also helps us access securely the files from multiple remote locations seamlessly without any hassles. It is very user-friendly. The interface is very simple and easy to understand. All this is done without purchasing a separate VPN. This helps us avoid extra expenses. We required this software as our team is spread out across multiple locations. This came as a perfect solution to address the issue.
- Single destination of all files.
- Securely access files from remote locations without any hassle.
- VPN is not required for secure access of files.
- Two factor authentication added as a security measure.
- Data Loss Prevention (2FA) has also been added in the latest version for security.
- Easy interface. User friendly.
- This is not meant for large video files.
- On the browser side, GUI can be a bit better.
- Client Software Support for MAC is not as great as Windows Client.

Best companion for disaster recover + Azure
The primary use case is the Disaster Recovery tool. Our multiple systems run on azure as we have .net workloads. automated disaster recovery is not much covered in services. We had to look outward to mitigate this issue. Integration with Azure was a breeze. in case of some disaster, MyWorkDrive handles the recovery automatically.

- Log reviews helps in identify if some malfunction has occurred.
- Convenient user access, especially useful for large organization.
- Some native language SDK specially for php would be nice.
- UI is stuttering, it can use more fresh or fast UI.
- A bit hard to configure with Azure, some easy steps would be nice.

- ROI is slow compared to market alternatives like S3.

As mentioned before, for a particular circumstance where we were using Azure cloud service, Azure does not have native good alternatives for Disaster recovery so we opted in for MyWorkDrive. In this particular scenario, MyWorkDrive worked best for our particular scenario. Its browser-based UI is added benefit. The learning curve is not much steep so can be easily adopted by juniors

Best file saving and sharing tool
I worked in a small company for 2 years. At the start, we found many difficulties with file sharing and we try many tools like one drive Google Drive, etc but we couldn't find anyone beneficial for us. But after going through MyWorkDrive we found the problem with our all the solutions. After that, we used to share the files from anywhere at any time from any device.

MyWorkDrive is easy to use and user-friendly. It has all the features which a company needs for group work. We were facing issues and consuming too much time before using MyWorkDrive. It has all the tools and features which we didn't see in any other product. It completely fulfills our needs.

File sharing at its finest
We're a small team of developers that communicate with our members throughout the globe for our video games design, so we needed an effective way to share files across our team. We tried multiple software such as OneDrive or Dropbox and they both seem a bit too complex or lacking. We also needed something fully compatible with Windows computers and MyWorkDrive is the one that did it for us.
- Decent pricing compared to other similar file sharing software out there.
- Easy to learn and use
- Good interface
- Slow when accessing large size folders/files sometimes.
- More features would be nice.
- Mobile integration needed.
- Sharing files across the globe
- Easy to use and pick up
- Integration of Office 365 is a plus
- Not integrated too well with Mac required mainly window focus.
- Mobile integration is lacking required computer access for file sharing.
- Easy to learn with a nice interface make going through file sharing easier for team members.
Compared to MyWorkDrive, OneDrive is more complex and harder to grasp. We prefer something that is easy to learn and quick to use like MyWorkDrive even though OneDrive capability is much better if its potential is fully reached. Overall, the ease of use allows MyWorkDrive to be better than a lot of its competitors.
