Recruitment of personnel in a company is not a simple issue, it starts a lot from the confidence in knowing the identity history that a person manages. Lately we have had associated collaborators in regions other than our location and also from abroad. The program allows us to evaluate, together with the HR department, the exploration of the candidates' data. As an employee of the IT department, it is crucial for me to help manage its installation and use. I can deliver reports thanks to the program in real time to the HR bosses about suspicious job applicants.
  • It has a complete real database from which you can subtract matching data when querying for a certain individual.
  • It has a great choice of tools that help and facilitate the consultation.
  • The integration is complicated, but the important thing is that they have a robust support that allows this to not be a problem.
  • It is very easy to navigate, since everything has a synchronicity.
  • The data that I find is stored and only I can see it through keys, in this sense it is discreet with what I can find.
  • It's a program that we're still exploring, we might get a glimpse of what we don't like in a while, but so far it's been wonderful, we're diving into this world of data as far as easy history review of a person. , so we can't say anything bad about the show for now.
I recommend it especially for companies with sensitive data such as hardware, IT, information and financial services companies.I believe and we believe that having a deep look at a collaborator or new client is important to prevent future costly problems. Understanding that the relationship is as transparent as possible.I imagine that it could also be used in the assessment of credits to a potential client or business partner.
  • That they include The service Dun & Bradstreet is essential this gives us a more enriched look even in the subsequent decision making.
  • It is easy to block data through passwords
  • It has a vast list of tools and this means that we can go at the beginning and end of the process in an orderly manner.
  • I think that the quality of the information has allowed us to save money, we think that we could have saved 100k in the course of 4 months in an expensive investigation done by an independent private professional without being able to control.
  • The time has been sufficient in the use of the investigative functions, the program is easy to use, I could mention that the time saved is 30% per month that is free for use in another task.
  • It allows us to maintain a deeper order, this is a fundamental requirement in any company.

Helps with analysis of business leaders managing companies we review for investment. Another layer of insight to quality of management.
  • reviews prior management employment
  • provides additional associations
  • shows peer comparisons and updates
  • custom domestic or international diligence
  • provide frequency of declines
  • categorize executive summary highlights
Well suited for investment opportunities since much of the early success is based on the management of the organization. Their associations and peer rankings are very important to the analysis.

The review is not as necessary with mature companies as the financials and strength in the industry can often overcome management missteps in the long term.
  • Dun and Bradstreet information
  • PEP reviews
  • Public record review for regions
  • Positive return since we don't waste resources on exposed management.
  • Positive return providing information as situations change..
  • Positive return verifying our efforts to associates.
Cost, and Nexus was more focused for our needs.

I use Nexis Diligence for risk determination, including the vetting of business, public, and legal records. This helps me make decisions for our loan portfolio. This is primarily through existing loans that are higher risk or new loans with a large aggregate exposure. This helps keep our asset quality rating in a satisfactory bracket.
  • Easy to navigate
  • Comprehensive information
  • Can use as much or as little as you want
  • Increase companies with information
It is well suited at our organization when there is a concern, and further information is required when making a determination. It is not suited for low risk companies, as the comprehensive information available on Nexis Diligence would not be a necessary expansion.
  • Public records
  • Business records
  • Legal records
  • Strong asset quality
  • Low loan allowance
  • Quality decisoning
  • Supplemental information on Borrowers
  • D&B Finance Analytics
Our institution utilizes both platforms, depending upon the information. Nexis Diligence differentiates itself as it can be used for individuals, whereas D&B is only for businesses.
